Reply To An Ad

A user replying to an ad uses contact information provided by the Registered Member who placed the ad:
- Email
- Primary Phone Number
- Alternate Phone Number

When a Subscriber replies to an ad, they will be identified as a Subscriber as a source of verification that the user is legitimate
