Maine resident looking for lot at reasonable pre2020 price. Hopefully I can find 10+ acres as I want to have something with size I can walk, trail ride, target shoot, and just have quiet dark nights with a campfire. If it has a stream or water that’s even better. Rural western Maine is preferable, but open to anything. Also have guns to trade for land!
