34 foot fith wheel in great condition. We bought this to live in last year while we built our house, lived in it until early winter. Very comfy. Propane and electric heat, AC, refrigerator, full shower, washer and dryer hookups, dual 40 pounder propane tanks, everything works excellent. Just had the AC, furnace, and propane system gone through with lots of new parts $1600 with receipts from the technician.
