2004 Mercury 9.9 tiller handle 4 stroke motor, 9.9ELH model, 20” shaft. electric start, comes with aluminum kicker bracket to through bolt hull, and lower down for use. Also comes with troll master sync so you can run engine speed from helm, also a ez steer aluminum rod to connect driving motor to 9.9, so you can steer from helm. Comes with 1999 free parts motor that runs, just missing tiller handle and gear shift. Sweet setup, gone different direction on my motor. cash or trade for guns.
