Cook. Job summary: working for a Maine owned company while taking care of Maine people our Cooks work with a busy Dietary Services team to prepare appetizing and healthful food based on the nutrition and health needs of our residents. Responsibilities and duties include but not limited to: Review menus prior to preparation of food Inspect special diet trays to assure they are correct. Preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods. General cleaning up of kitchen. Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies
