Custom made heavy duty smoker that was professionally designed and built in Texas. Constructed of very thick heavy gauge steel and weighs approximately 400 pounds. Firebox burns firewood, charcoal or both. This came from a family run restaurant and is primarily designed for low & slow bbq smoking meats pulled pork, brisket, whole chickens etc. Excellent smoker for a small business, food tuck/trailer or restaurant.
